- Design and build services include providing clients with design and engineering services, design for manufacturability, prototyping, CNC precision machining, and assembly of medical device products.
- Partner closely with orthopedic OEMs in the design and manufacturing of surgical instrumentation for applications in spinal, CMF, trauma, extremities, external / internal fixation, and total joint replacement surgery.
- Quality management system certified to ISO 13485:2003 and maintaining compliance with the FDA, CGMP/QSR with capabilities for SPC and AQL sampling.
- Significant experience in the precision machining and polishing of titanium and cobalt chrome orthopedic implants.
- Large multi-spindle Swiss turn department capable of handling prototype and production of bone screws, spinal fixation, and dental products.
- Extensive experience in machining PEEK and UHMWPE.
- Full laser marking and laser engraving services.
